About Us

The District e-Governance Society (DeGS), Narmadapuram is an autonomous institution functioning under the guidance of the Department of Science and Technology, Government of Madhya Pradesh. We are the nodal agency responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring various e-Governance projects at the district level to ensure the delivery of efficient and citizen-friendly services.

Our mission is to empower citizens by promoting transparency, efficiency, and digital inclusion through the seamless integration of technology in government service delivery mechanisms. DeGS works closely with all government departments to implement the National and State e-Governance frameworks.

Key Objectives

• Implementation of e-Governance projects across departments.
• Capacity building and IT training for officials and citizens.
• Coordination of Aadhaar, CM Helpline, Samagra Portal, and other key platforms.
• Development and management of mobile and web applications for public services.
• IT coordination and webcasting during elections.
